I've been with CWCS for approximately 3 years now, since our agency has gone online.
I originally started with a basic web hosting package, but as the business has grown and traffic has increased, there has been a migration to an intermediate package, which allowed me to comfortably add more photos and data while safely knowing the site wouldn't go down due to data restrictions.
The uptime for has been over 99%, which makes it a value for money service if your website is your main portal for business.
The main advantage of CWCS is that the technical support is based in the UK. That means that if I have a problem, I can actually discuss it in person with someone who is not interested in just reading through a series of pre-scripted questions, but who will allow me to get directly to the core point of my problem. This alone makes CWCS stand out, as it avoids the chance of any annoyance factor arising from when issues need sorting fast.
The other advantage is that the support staff have all being very effective at sorting out any problems rapidly and effectively. Given that changes to the site often need to be made multiple times a day, this is obviously a major blessing, as I know that the site will be back on track as soon as possible.
Having had CWCS recommended to me in the first place, I would do the same and recommend it to others too.
