I am a developer, and so my dealings with CWCS are on behalf of my clients. So I haven't paid CWCS a penny - but I get the service that any paying customer would be very happy with. The response times for support requests are usually very fast indeed. Most issues are dealt with in just a few minutes, or even less!
Unlike other hosting companies that I have dealt with, CWCS don't just sign-post you to a "Knowledgebase" article - they actually provide you with the information you need, or perform the required task themselves.
When your livelihood depends upon getting work done as quickly as possible, you need answers or solutions fast. This is just what you get from CWCS technical support.
