I have used CWCS for web hosting for 5 years, after trying 6 other suppliers over the previous 2 years. I host 16 websites for clients. I have stayed with them because although there have been a few problems, their support system has always been clear about when the problems would be solved, so I have been able to be clear with my clients. This has removed the burden of uncertainty from my relationships and not a single client has left over the period.

They have also been very helpful in altering my server for specific needs.

I stay with them because their great customer service gives me peace of mind.
