“Great support service”

Sad to be cancelling our contract with you however after 2 years or so we no longer require a dedicated server. We are still with you though on a shared server so will continue to enjoy your great service as and when required!

Uptime has been near enough 100% and continual compliance for PCIDSS has been easily achieved thanks to your tech team who have responded promptly and knowledgably - around the clock on some occasions.

From where I am sat I cannot find anything negative to say - that makes a change in the service industry doesn't it....?
