May be wrong, but this appears to be a one-man band. Perhaps this is why downtime is lengthy. I marked value for money down based on the downtime. no point paying for something that isn't there!!

I would like to confirm we had problems with the server this client was on, which did take a while to resolve. This is not the kind of service we like to provide, as we pride ourselves on quality yet affordable services, so we've since moved data centre and had 100% uptime.

<br/>Our support site is now located on a server off site, to ensure there aren't similar problems with being unreachable in the event of a problem again.
<br/>
<br/>This user is still a client, 2 months after submitting the review, so I assume they agree that the service now meets their expectations.
