I have been a 5quid user for over 4 years, having started on a simple hosting package and progressing to my own web hosting account.

I have found that the ease of using the Email based support and the very fast response times to be excellent.
None of my daft queries or requests for help have left for longer than 2 hours with the answers and assistance provided in response have been clear ,succinct and with humour :-).

Overall I have had excellent service from 5quid, with very little Server down time and a professional support structure which meets my needs exactly, I would recommend 5quid to friends and colleagues without hesitation.
