An organisation had reported that emails sent to me were being bounced. I asked 5quidhost to investigate and within an hour you had replied with some helpful suggestions backed up with a couple of examples of webserver log records for those emails. They showed the sender was not using the correct port 25.
That is all I needed to go back to the sender to help them investigate, their end. What is more I was able to tell the sender how helpful you had been which will hopefully oblige them to check their logs too.
