No phone number and no email sent when problems with the account. ccount suspended meaning access to emails impossibe therefore no updates available on condition of account,.

Our phone number is listed on our website under the 'Contact' link. Notifications of payments due, invoices, and account suspensions are sent by e-mail automatically and via SMS text message if a mobile number is provided.
