I've used other hosts previously and these guys put them to shame. The signup procedure was painless, quickly setup and very clear as to what you were getting for the money.

The email I received once the order was processed contained exactly what I needed to know and the control panel is easy to use and feature rich. Wordpress setup was very easy indeed.

I raised a couple of support queries (not issues) and the responses were prompt and obviously written by people who know what they are talking about.

I have no reason to look elsewhere now.
