I moved to them after my old provider went belly up, needed it at last minute too, having dealt with free providers before I was wary, not wanting to pay anything until I am sure there aren't 'Adult' banners on my website (very common with free hosts).
Signed up for the free account, had a simple problem which was totally down to me not reading anything fully and emailed them expecting a robot response, it wasn't. They really do 24/7 support, and what's even more impressive, my replies were within 5 minutes of me asking them !
Lets be honest, for a free account that is second to none, I have just upgraded to the step higher account (damn cheap) because ALL my worries have been put to rest.

I really couldn't recommend them highly enough
If I wasn't getting email help from them at 8pm on a Sunday, I wouldn't have believed it was possible and again, that was for a free account

Now I just need to make my site as good as their service
