“Excellent response time”

I am not an experienced web designer and have not needed to contact 5quid host for a long time. I found a need to upgrade my space and found the process of requesting this easy. Due to the length of time since I first set this up e-mail addresses had changed, but the support staff were quick to contact me and offer suggestions as to how this could be sorted out. The response time was very quick. I made the original request at 4 on a Saturday afternoon and had a response within less than an hour.
