I moved my own site to 5quid recently and had already got quite a few of my customers' sites there, mostly on the £21pa deal. Hosting is responsive, reliable, fairly priced and UK based and my email routes via my host account (into Gmail) very smoothly. The only thing they could easily improve is that it's a bit hard to log in and find out basic stuff like my plan limits, price and renewal date. I also like the way you can start off someone with free hosting then move to the £21pa plan if the limits are broken. Although when that happened to a charity site I'd created 5quid just quietly took it off the air rather than email me to suggest upgrading first. Another example of room for admin improvement.
