I first started with this company as recommended by a friend. After a while I decided to look around for a more competitive price and found one. However the service I have received from these competitors was appalling in comparison to 5QuidHost. I have messed things up loads of times without backups when playing with PHP, sometimes multiple times a day; yet 5QuidHost always seem happy to help me sort things out (and they always seem to answer the phone no matter what time it is).
So now I will be staying with 5QuidHost for all my projects and i'm even looking at re-seller hosting accounts.
I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone and personally think a lot of companies could learn a lot from them.
