- No Direct Debit option which means having to fill in a "Nochex" form every month.
- although the admins kindly set me up with a proxy in order for me to avoid a corporate firewall and access Cpanel, they apparently "couldn't justify" doing the same thing for the webmail which is similarly port-blocked. I found a way around this myself in the end by setting up a Squirrelmail account on a subdomain but a few pointers or help here would have helped. I didn't have this problem with my previous host whom I'm thinking of returning to.
- my previous host was cheaper and offered a truly unlimited account with faster support response times. Whilst 5-Quid host's support is good, it's not as good. The only reason I changed initially was because my old host used Plesk.
