As a customer of 5quidhost for several years now I have to say the service levels I have received have been outstanding. With multiple small to medium business/organisation websites running with them with barely any glitches or down time, I have to say - if you're looking for a new server for your website and don't want it to cost the earth then 5quidhost is for you. Support may only be via email but please don't let this put you off - I emailed them tonight regarding a little extra bandwidth and had a response within 20mins. I will continue to use them for all future projects and recommend to friends. Thanks again 5quidhost :) Russell Marshall
