I have used a number of hosting companies including some very well know and promoted hosts. I have been with 5Quid only a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased. From my limited experience with them, I found:
They serve up WordPress sites quicker that other hosts (even on their standard account).
Their support is quick, and professional. They have done all I have asked of them, even though I started out with the cheapest account. I have just upgraded, and that was painless, I was able to simply pay the difference in the two accounts, and I got instant upgrade - no messing about. I haven't tried their turbo accounts, reseller etc, so cannot comment on those.
