I have used 5quid host for about 5 years now and can highly recommend them.
Everything is straightforward, it works, support is great and quick - and when you use the free package they don't differentiate - they just give you great service and help when you need it.

If you are not experienced at web sites the fact that you have to buy a separate domain and change the nameservers might make you legs go weak the first time - but once you have done it you will be confident - it is a breeze!

So, I can find no reason to go anywhere else ... enough said?
