Have been with 5quid hosting as a reseller for almost two years and I have never had any problems with them. The service is excellent. I sent them an email once to enquire about setting up a sub-domain, and they responded and set it up for me within two hours - that is the sort of service I like! Only down side is I wish I got a bit more webspace and bandwidth, but apart from that, by far the best hosting company I have ever used.
