I had a problem accessing my ftp and generated a ticket on the support system for help. I had a prompt email reply but had had to go out in the meantime. Through a number of emails 34SP suggested a way to deal with me not having the information they needed at hand and then proceeded to solve the problem before I got home in a very friendly and accessible way. The support was not just about technical problem solving but dealing with the circumstances of me as a client at the time.
