Great Support & Service

I have been with 34SP for around 10 years starting from a basic shared hosting account right up to dedicated server level.

The support and advice I have been given from day 1 has been a great help as staff have gone above and beyond to help with queries and random questions and they are always friendly and polite and do their best to help out straight away.

I have tried other hosting companies and have dealt with them on behalf of other people and nothing lives up to the standard of support as they tend to just do the bare minimum they can get away with and for dummies who don't understand too much it isn't really a great help, not to mention their long response times. With 34SP I have nearly always got an instant response when speaking to their support team but if they can't help, somebody who can is usually back in touch pretty soon.

I have also compared prices and although 34SP is not your $1.99 a month dedicated server with unlimited bandwidth and hard drive space type hosting it isn't the most expensive either but the product, reliability and support you get is worth paying extra for anyway.
