I had a particularly difficult set of problems with a Wordpress
With the number of variables involved, it took a significant length
of time for the advanced support engineer to establish the nature of
the problems and begin to analyse and isolate them, with a view to
seeking resolutions to each of the problems.
Not met anyone with the kind of experience or determination that
Andy at 34sp.com had to throw at the situation.
Half way through, what was a very difficult few days for me, he said
that 'we will get to the root of these problems' and 'we like to give
101% to the support'.
This is what happened.
After a number of days he did indeed sort out every single
problem.... At that stage I wrote to him the following set of comments
and I stand by them........
'You do not give 101% young man, you give much more'.
'Your value to 34sp.com must be inestimable'.
The work done, skill and dedication was beyond the call of duty.
I have many examples of support work done by 34sp.com, and they are
all good, but I will cite this single example of service as the reason
for people to choose 34sp.com.
