The customer service at this company is terrible. 1and1 might as well have an automated line and let you speak to no one as it would be more helpful and you'd get a quicker response.

Also there products are basic, badly thought through and the site is very slow to use. Had numerous issues with them and the only reason i haven't left is because it would take up a week to move my servers which i cant afford yet!
