Where do I start? Offered a discounted introductory rate which didn't materialise, lost my domain so I couldn't use my website and emails even though whois states they still own it, allowed my account to be transferred to another email address not owned by me and then allowed my card details to purchase numerous servers.
Contacting their customer services department has to be the most frustrating and painful experience of my life. The issues were never resolved and I literally ending up having to write off my website, start from scratch under a new domain and wrote off hundreds of pounds of set-up and stationery work.
The way this Company operates is an utter disgrace.
