Signed up for 2 2013 exchange accounts - 5 days later, 1and1 still cannot get it to work.
The configurator adds link to http://1exchange.1and1.eu and they support people tell me it should be .co.uk - worse still, they keep sending me into on how to configure outlook for an exchange 2007 email box.
The support staff are clueless and the escalation is a joke! Here's a clue 1and1 support - actually READ the emails customers send you, rather than send back whatever
5 days and couting to set up an email system - really?
Pathetic, I am now looking to move my hosted domains and other 1and1 products.
