I did the 30 day free trial for webhosting after a marketing call (I already bought a domain name) having been told on the phone I could cancel it if it didn't work. I did it all over the phone and then activated it by email. I had a look and it wasn't suitable, I missed the 30 day deadline and discovered I was locked into a one year contract, which had never been mentioned on the phone: £180!
