We have great customer service, and have great relations with our credit agency. Last we heard from them, they promised not to hound our customers at home and work. We understand that some of you have trouble cancelling your service with us, and that we don't discontinue billing even though our service to you has shut down, but honestly - customer extent ion is the key to our success. Please, make our day and send us your credit card and personal information. You will be indebted to us forever!
