They're systems are old, they don't care about loyal customers, any technical support is a nightmare - I called the other day with an SQL problem, they kept passing the buck. I spoke to several people, explaining my problem before getting a hint towards what might be wrong. They falsely advertise products, promise one thing and deliver another thing. Their help and support pages are very out of date and ambiguous, you'd be told one thing but read another thing. They give good deals to new customers but don't care much about existing customers. They reply to emails like robots, not real humans, every reply is from someone different. Avoid this company at all costs, they will not exist in the next 10 years.
