After 12 months of idle promise to refund me money they owed, after 25 odd emails and several recorded delivery letters to them, I issued a small claims court injunction via the internet. They settled out of court. All this hassel for £70. They just hope you give up. Total scam from a registered business. They should be shut down now. Spend an extra quid or two and save a lot in the long run.
