“Absolutely awful do not use!!”

I wanted to try the service out, when I tried to cancel it the website would not allow me to. They then started billing me and still refused to cancel the service. In the end I called my Credit card company and told them not to allow further payments.

Agreed, ignored cancellation requests pre 30 days, acknowledged post 30 days, then they expect you to activate your cancellation by phone!!! what an internet company that can set up an account online but can only be cancelled by an unobtainable number?.

Ignoring UK law regarding contracts.

Don't touch this company, they stink.
