“terrible company to deal with, worst customer service”

saw the tv advert and decided to buy their windows hosting service for my client's project, time was limited to gett things moving, but the customer service response was terrible, the question asked was not replied properly after getting response 3 days later, the guy who replied had no clue what he was responding to, their control panel system is terrible, nothing works the way you expect the hosting control panel to work like, limited functionality, being asked to call them for every changes you want to make, being hold on the 0870 number for more than 15 minutes and eventually being disconnected, lucky enough i managed to cancel the account within 7 days no obligation period, never ever go to this company if you want to save money, hassel and more importantly the time

Similar to my experience and when I tried to cancel my account, then the trouble started. Lack of communication, wrong advice, threatening letters and it went on. Trying to pay the pittance I owen them was a nightmare. Thank God I got out when I did. This is the first time I have written a bad review about anybody.
