When trying to process a payment it wants to throw me out and has blocked my card, THANKS 123-REG. When contacting support for this i get the option to call or live chat but the ticket is greyed out. The live chat box shows as unavailable so then i click call which clearly stats "We staff our lines 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday." ITS A SATURDAY SO WHY YOU OFFERING THIS TO ME. For a website company this is bit of a joke. Atleast Go Daddy offer support regardless of it being overseas. clearly you know where ive gone and would direct everyone else that way as well.
