had an issue with our ssl key and plesk and could not get it to work, finally got put over to a senior tech and they helped rekey our cert.
we finally got it installed and picked up by the domain after a struggle but we got there..
thank you for your patients and the help teaching me how to sort this in the future.
the process to rekey the ssl could have been easier other providers give you the ability to do this yourself but with 123 you have to submit a support case or chat to them via the chat window...
got there in the end and now a working ssl for our site
