Support rep called Ady instantly responded to my live chat request, he went through our hosting plans and advised on a couple of pointers. We are now just awaiting DNS to update and see our new site live.
Regarding one issue we had with a Windows-based hosting plan; Ady advised the behaviour of a drop-down menu was not correct and that if we have similar in future, to raise a ticket.
