Website didn't allow to raise a support request.
No email address to contact for support.
Phone number is premium rate.
Auto renewal of websites without pre-warning.
Support eventually offered refund but informed they couldn't offer any other refund on any other site on-going.
Apparent systemic policy to hide the auto renewal, make it as difficult as possible to cancel the subscription or ask for a refund.
