Subscribed to Office365 for Mac in March, couldn't get Outlook to register my email.
Today I had time to try solve, wanted it solving as i miss Outlook mail and calendars.
Took an hour using live chat, but Andy has sorted it, taught me how to screenshot on a mac whilst he was at it.
Customer service costs and no matter how long it takes to resolve an issue, a satisfactory resolution is Priceless.
As far as I'm concerned 123 delivered on this my first issue in the 10 years i've been with them.
