Our SSL certificate was expiring and we had not received notification of a replacement. I raised a ticket and had a very prompt response explaining that an email had been sent - it transpired that the email address was not in use at our end.
Adam on the help desk was very helpful.
I have previously thought of 123-reg as being a "stack em high sell em cheap" type of supplier in the past but I have found them to be much improved over the last while.
