If you want to register your domain name you're OK. However, when it comes to renewals be careful. We had a database of over 100 domains being managed for customers - and it was scary stuff!
Needless to say we have now all but managed to transfer the complete portfolio of domain names away before our business was affected.
The problems have been too numerous to document. Importantly, ensure that if you don't want to renew a domain, make sure it's de-selected. The whole system is geared to automatic renewal, and even an out-of-date credit card won't stop them taking payment. They even had the cheek to suggest it was the bank's fault for authorising the payment from an old card, not theirs for attempting to take payment.
