We bought the wrong hosting package for our new domain (Windows instead of Linux) in error. When I contacted online support, Soren responded within 30 seconds and advised me to call Customer Relations to switch to Linux.
When I called, [name removed] was really helpful and very patient. She talked me through the simple process and waited on the line until we were both happy that the transfer was successful.
We are really impressed by both the speed of response and the accurate first time solution. Top marke to 123-Reg support.
