After struggling initially to log on I finally needed some support. A bit aprehensive when I found I couldnt just ring someone. However, Cristian was brilliant and answered my billing query within a few minutes of my online enquiry. He left me feeling reassured that the direct debit payment would be collected without any problems. Who needs telephones?
