Being a newbie on 123-reg I encountered the problem of not gaining access to my new website builder. I wanted to play.

Frustrated that I was being looped round on the 123-reg site I contacted the Live Chat!

In simple words they were just fab and quick. They looked into where the problem lay, gave me a link with instructions on how to fix it (so I learnt a new thing today as well) and answered all my newbie questions in quick, concise order.

I would recommend using the Live Chat as they are helpful, quick and efficient. Can't wait for 24 - 48 hours to pass so that I can get my website up and running.
