I spoke to Petru on the online chat support. She was absolutely fantastic and approached everything I asked with a 'can do' attitude. Petru knew exactly how to programme my custom domain from 123-reg to my personal website and adjust the settings so that the new domain name would appear in the search bar. I thought that she was an asset to the company as she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, remaining patient with me as I am very inexperienced with carrying out ICT programming.

Would definitely recommend 123-reg to a friend, or colleague. I am so happy to have a custom domain for my website!
