7:30pm: I have just finished a 40 minute live chat with a 123-reg support person called [name removed] who was brilliant. He didn't seem to be juggling 10 conversations at once. If something was going to take a few minutes to find out he would say so. There was one question that he didn't know the answer to but was honest enough to say so rather than give me a load of rubbish. Several times when I asked "can I do ..." he simply answered "no". That's all I want - a straight answer.
