I had no problems with any of the 123 services but I didn't really use it all. Everything seems fairly easy to use unless you want to do one key thing - stop. The whole interface seems designed such that it's nearly impossible to remove yourself from 123-reg. It's hard to cancel your services and they don't allow you to remove your debit card from their database without giving customer service a call, which naturally you have to pay for.

This is a pretty low thing to do and I recommend avoiding 123-reg.
