I was having issues remembering login credentials, after some frustration I contacted live chat and they were most helpful. Confirmed some security credentials and then we were good to go within a few moments.

Well done...

The only concern I had (unless I was mistaken) was that I needed to login on a different account to get live chat support - fortunately I had another account, but suspect many won't... Live chat support for logged in users that are having login difficulties is an interesting "catch 22"
