After previously using another hosting company, I decided to use 123-reg, big mistake. Their support is terrible, they too and fro for a few emails saying everything will settle in 24 hours (even on non propagation issues), then 24 hours later try something already pointed out, giving another 24 hours... Really not acceptable, and then after getting frustrated and telling them this, they resolve the issues! A company that needs you to complain first is generally a red flag.

I am leaving this review now as I have been waiting eleven hours so far from a new open ticket with support, for a very simple error on their part that is seeing two websites down!

Go elsewhere, seriously

AGREED! I'm also having major issues with 123-Reg. I've spoken to several agents on live support (which is OFF-LINE today) and problem still not resolved. Raised several tickets, response time is POOR. They don't even bother to answer your question properly either. I'm going to transfer my entire portfolio if i don't hear from them today.

We do aim to answer all support queries as soon as we can made the majority are resolved swiftly. However at times some issues do take longer to completely resolved.

I cannot comment on the particular issues relating to your account of course as I do not have the details of these, however I would be more than happy to have a look into your issues and work to ensure these are resolved as soon as can be. Now your email is playing up, works for 5 minutes then all goes up the swanny. If anyone is thinking of using these for anything other than a basic blog about egg nog, I would leg it quick!

No wonder they offer 3 month offers, get the money and do nothing else.

No point even messaging support, takes over a day to get anything simple sorted.
