For some reason all emails sent out on iPad were rejected by the server. This wasn't happening on my phone or desktop.
Help was quick and efficient, all working now thank you.
This is not the first time I have used the support - for other reasons, mainly because I wasn't sure how to do things - and everytime they have been helpful and quick in their response.
