I bought a domain for a year, and in fact didn't do much with it beynd the first few weeks, and thought nothing more about it, I got automatic billing messages, saying in 2 months or so they'd charge me for the next year unless I informed them, I thought it was spam and didn't, and when I got a message saying I'd been billed for the next year I was a little miffed, and contacted to tell them to cancel future costs. They did better than that, they re-embursed the money, and appologised for time wasted (which in truth was all my own fault!).
Highly recommend their support staff, they look for ways to help you, next time I look for a domain I'll deffinately try to do it through 123-Reg!
