I know nothng about anything when it comes to technology. Having put in a request for some help from 123-reg, I had a call that same day from a chap who very kindly explained what was necessary for me to know, helped me to get things set up, and sent through an email with set by step instructions for another task I had to do. He said for me to feel free to call if I needed any further help and made sure I had the relevant telephone number to call.
Excellent service as I appreciate it must be frustrating dealing with a customer who doesn't know anything about the subject! I would certainly recommend them.
