“Very Helpful Staff”

I had trouble with my website. So, I went onto the live help and asked. I got a very quick reply with what the problem was and how to resolve it. The staff member even offered to fix a problem for me. The staff member fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. The staff member was very helpful and very polite. Thank you!
