“Good overall company, but impersonal service.....”

I used 123-Reg for several years and only had a few very minor problems which have been sorted out by the support team.
My only slight gripes are that it's a very impersonal service (but there a big business, so what can you expect!) and the £10 'set up fee' for hosting (come on, it's automated!).
Overall I'd recommend them to other people.
